Note:
This site is optimized to run under Internet Explorer 4.0 or greater, with a screen resolution of 800x600x16bpp or greater.  
Netscape users should have no problem using the site, but it may not appear quite right.  
Users running 640x480 and those without frames support will not be so fortunate.
